The whole office had a
meeting the other day on what we would do for our Corporate Social
Responsibility day.
I was asked by HR to facilitate
the discussions else no one would say anything.
It came down to helping
some primary school kids.
So, I tried to summarise
the proceedings by saying:
“我们会付小三和小四学生。。。”
Everyone burst out in
laughter.
Turns out that 小三means third
wife.
I know what 二奶means but never
thought about 小三。
Gua Gua.
