I spent some time during the Beijing conference catching up
with competitors as I’m sussing out who I can jio to join my team.
I was quite elated to hear that one of the people I was
eyeing had left her company. That means I now have an opportunity to lure her.
Then I heard from a counterpart that she was actually asked to go because they found out that she was sleeping with the CEO!! In fact, when the CEO visits Shanghai from the US, he doesn't stay in the same hotel as his team. He stays with her.
What a pity. Don't think I should hire a skank, even though
she’s pretty hot.
