Leave Sibo?

And so i'm on leave today...long time since i was on leave.. i prob took like 3 or 4 days of leave this year..so it was a nice feeling...

waking up at 9am is such a luxury.. i was actually awoken by the beep from my computer that i got an email. it's frm my boss..asked me to help vet something.. ok la.. quite easy.. help help him...

then he called me.. said a client wanted to discuss some numbers.. and he had to fly to msia (yes, we just touched down from jakarata the night before) i said ok lor.. since "Lifestyle of the Fat and Greedy" only starts at 12...i quickly settled that client then ANOTHER one called.. gosh.. also wana discuss numbers.. then i called my boss to discuss.. by the end of our discussion, he was semi-apologetic that im working my fat ass off on my leave day..

"so wat time's ur high tea?" he asked.

Damn, he was eavesdropping when i was discussing my tai tai lifestyle with Goddess..

"Cornball, if you're paying for high tea, just charge it to the company lor.. no problem"

i was like huh??? "erm, i said i was meeting a fren leh, not client"

He said ok la.. you've been working hard..jus charge it lor..

although i have no idea if he meant the entire high tea bill or just my share, heck la.. hahahahahaha...charge all first then at most i'll just pay for the other half lor.

seems like all my clients know im on leave n they decided to call me to discuss the numbers when i'm out.. so i jus had to do it from memory... i amaze myself at times.. muhahahaha...

We had high tea at Hilton and it was good.. seated together with all the tai tais and all, it was weird while nice.. im hardly out during the day time on a weekday. I had my first taste of scones.. it's apparently a mix between a cake and bread.. not bad la... scones.. they oughta combine the words "cake" and "bread" together and call it "cread" or "bake".. no wait.. these words are used already.. "scones" it is then...

i kinda had a heavy heart the entire day till like 6pm.. constantly scared that a client would call anytime n stump me with a question i cant answer...i got a few calls la.. but all manageable...*sweat*

i tried to go zara and get my first zara item but nothing leh.. nothing that my tailor cant make it for a cheaper price.. so nothing there..

i bought a coin pouch and shoes.. gosh.. Substance has 50% for men's shoes.. happy like bird.. im not so siao as to post my shoppings.. hahaha...

the day ended with a round of drinks at Grand Hyatt at Scotts Lounge.. it was nice really..

i think i enter a hotel an average of 1 every 2 days..
